EdgeCase Advisory is an independent finance and accounting advisory firm working with private equity-backed and middle market companies. We partner with sponsors and portfolio companies in an operating partner capacity, supporting both deal execution and post-close operations.

We work directly with deal teams, portfolio company management, external auditors, lenders, and legal counsel. Our work combines the technical depth of a Big 4 background with the operating fluency of someone who has run the finance function from the inside.

Prior experience includes EY (valuation & business modeling), CFO roles at PE-backed companies, and operating partner and deal team experience at Z Capital Partners, Invision Capital Group, and Prairie Capital Advisors.
